Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (PRIFA)

The Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (“PRIFA”) is a public corporation of the Government created pursuant to Act No. 44 of June 21, 1988, as amended. PRIFA was created to provide financial, administrative, and other types of assistance to the Government, its public corporations and instrumentalities responsible for developing and operating infrastructure facilities.
